The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) defines a person as disabled if they have a physical or mental impairment, which has a substantial and long term effect (ie has lasted or is expected to last at least 12 months) on the person’s ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities.
NOTE: Please note that because we erase the stored data after analysis, if you have a disability or health concern that you would like us to be aware of so that we can support your onboarding process, please mention it when you are successful and are offered a role, otherwise we will not know.
