    • At Corndel we pride ourselves on:

      • Being trusted by the largest business in the UK to train their people.
      • Taking a straightforward approach which minimises disruption to operational delivery.
      • Delivering impact through tailored programmes which deliver improved individual behaviours, team productivity and financial results.
      • Being agile around the needs of each customer while meeting Government compliance requirements.

Equipping our own people with the right skills to carry out their role to the best of their abilities, is critical to the delivery of all five of our KPI's and ultimately, the growth of Corndel.

The Training Needs Analysis (TNA) will help us to identify the training and development needs across the business development team, focussing on the factors that lead to effective performance, develop you as a person and help you to be the best that you can.
