    • To ensure your statement covers all the criteria your assessor will be looking for, please brief your witness to cover each of the following points:

      • What communication methods did you use (e.g., 1:1s, workshops, email, Teams chat, presentations, visual models)?
      • Why were those methods appropriate in that situation / for that audience?
      • What were the benefits of each method, and what limitations or risks did you manage?
      • If multiple methods were combined, why was that blended approach useful?

    • To ensure your statement covers all the criteria your assessor will be looking for, please brief your witness to cover each of the following points:

      • What understanding did you demonstrate of the wider business environment (e.g. organisational goals, strategy, market pressures, regulatory context, or operational priorities)?

      • How did your actions or decisions contribute to business objectives or outcomes?
      • What impact did your contribution have (e.g. supporting strategic alignment, improving decision-making, enabling change, or delivering business value)?

      • worked flexibly with different team members
      • collaborated with colleagues from different functions or expertise areas
      • contributed to work across different stages of a project or change lifecycle, including activities such as analysing business needs, designing solutions, supporting delivery, testing outcomes, or enabling rollout and improvement.

    • To ensure your statement covers all the criteria your assessor will be looking for, please brief your witness to describe a specific example of how you:

      • Build and maintain positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders (including how you adapt your approach to different people and situations)
      • Work collaboratively with others, building trust, encouraging engagement, and handling any challenges or differing views
      • Communicate and behave professionally (e.g. being reliable, proactive in updates, and managing expectations) while positively influencing others.
