Written Behaviour Statements: Evidencing the skills and behaviours the learner has developed and exhibited in the workplace
Every learner on the Corndel Fundraising Diploma needs to provide evidence that they have demonstrated certain skills and behaviours. Please could you, as their colleague, provide details of how they have demonstrated that they have sourced effective solutions (i.e. to problems and challenges).
Please be as specific as you can about their individual actions, referencing results and outcomes where possible. You should write a minimum of 200 words.
